About

Are you feeling dissatisfied, overwhelmed, or just plain stuck?

I’m here to help you grow into your most confident and creative self.

As a counsellor, I listen for what’s important to you, what you love most about life, and what’s getting in the way of that.

We’ll set goals based on what is actually important to you, and develop tools and strategies to help you meet those goals.

A flexible, personalized approach to therapy can help you feel resolved about the past, connected to the present, and hopeful about the future.

Whatever challenges you’re facing, whatever painful experiences you want to move through: you don’t have to do it alone.

Please contact me using the form below to schedule an initial session, or a free 15-minute consultation call.

My office is on the second floor, and there are two elevators in the building. There are gender-neutral and physically accessible washrooms available. There is an automatic door at the main entrance but not into my office. If you have any accessibility concerns, please contact me.

Areas of Focus

Relationships

By healing past experiences while staying grounded in the present, you can overcome challenges to forming and maintaining healthy relationships.

Anxiety

Feel like anxiety is running your life? Develop practical tools to help you move through anxiety and work with, not against, it.

Trauma

Painful experiences don’t have to interfere with your daily life. I use evidence-based trauma processing techniques like EMDR to help you re-connect to your life.

Affirming Care, Based in Lived Experience

I am a Queer counsellor experienced in working with LGBTQ2IA+ clients, and I use a sex-positive, sex work-positive, kink-competent, poly-competent and Trans-affirming approach to counselling.

I also live with a disability and chronic pain. If you’re managing mobility loss, chronic conditions, and experiences of ableism, I would love to be a part of your care team.

As a former client and current practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), I know how difficult it can be to even consider processing traumatic experiences and painful memories. I offer a practical, collaborative, no-judgement approach to counselling. If you’re skeptical about therapy, or it hasn’t worked for you before, let’s talk.
